All our products are shipped from the UAE with a private 3rd part.

You will receive your items between 2 to 15 working days based on your location.

 

Returns & Refunds :

You have the right to change your mind, or find out that one item is not fitting as you'd wish ( and if it's the case we're sorry about it )

Just drop us an email (here) and we will help you arranging your return.

Please note that from the date of your receipt, you have 15 calendar days to return your purchase.

Only items returned in perfect conditions can be taken back and refunded:

• The hygiene tag must be intact and in place
• Not worn or washed
• With the original tag
• With all the components (straps, metal tab, …)

As we understand how it can be challenging to find the right lingerie online, returns are free, from anywhere.

Note that if you wish to proceed to and exchange only one return will be offered, the second one will have to be covered by the customer.

Please note that returned orders can take up to 20 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed:

• Warehouse inboud
• Product inspection
• Finance authorisationn & credit process
• It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once reimbursement is approved.

Shall your refund not be processed within the 20 business days from the date of receipt in the UAE, please contact us ( email ) so we can investigate
